1. HOT THIS WEEK

Google has launched Gemma 3, its latest suite of open-weight AI models designed to democratize access to cutting-edge AI technology. The new family includes variants at 1B, 4B, 12B, and 27B parameter sizes, offering impressive performance that rivals much larger proprietary models while maintaining efficiency on consumer hardware. Built on the same research foundation as Google's Gemini models, Gemma 3 comes with responsible AI tooling and clear usage guidelines to foster safer implementation across diverse applications. 

OpenAI has significantly upgraded its Whisper and Text-to-Speech AI models, bringing enhanced transcription capabilities and more natural-sounding voices to its suite of tools.
